We had two steers butchered here and we will never be back! Their packaging is absolutely horrible, we have ATLEAST half a beef that is complete garbage because so many of their vacuumed sealed bags aren't sealed correctly!

The meat was nice and tender. The flavor good. For Angus beef burger it didn't have the flavor I've gotten in other fresh Angus beef but was good. My disappointment was the vacuum wrap. It's not good enough. Needs thicker plastic. Many of my steaks tore open either in shipment or just moving steaks around in freezer. I would buy again
