I have been a patient at Lalor Dental since I was a little kid. I always used the Vestal location for my appointments. Yesterday, my filling had fallen out of my tooth and I needed it repaired ASAP as it was sensitive and I could not eat. The only location that I was able to get in at in a timely manner was this one on Upper Front street. I waited for 45 minutes before the doctor came to see me, he examined my tooth, and said I could talk to the ladies out front about setting up a plan to get it fixed. I said “you’re not going to do it today?” as I didn’t go to the dentist for him to tell me my filling fell out. I WAS FULLY AWARE OF THE HOLE IN MY TOOTH. So he decided to fill it for me right then. I had nitris oxide, the hose kept falling apart during the entire procedure, and after it was finished, they gave me TWO MINUTES to get oxygen back into my body and I was already back in my car. Had to sit in the parking lot for 25 minutes for the nitris oxide to wear off so I could even drive. Also, when I went to pay, they never ran my insurance and would have charged me in full if I hadn’t questioned it. After having the filling for one day, it is so sharp and cut my tongue and left a sore, and there was left over stuck to the side of my tooth from the filling. Overall…a messy and terrible experience and I will NOT return to this location.

What Angela said isn't true... The do sedation for everything INCLUDING cleanings... They do take Excellus, and appointments are scheduled very efficiently.
No they don't only at their stupid dinosaur dental for kids. I took my kids there and found out they see You more then what is needed cause the one that dose the work comes from another dental place to do the work buy judgement over what another one put on the file. Not good at all
