What I saw on my visit day was both, scheduled appointment and walk ins, the scheduled appointment, had advantage, because no matter where I was in waiting line, I was called in and I walked in ahead of two others in before me.

You are supposed to call to make an appointment. They might not pick up. I just drove to the store talk to the triage guy who set up an appointment for the next week and then I came back for that appointment. Everything is based outside under tents and from your car.

More than the hassle of using the phone is worth

Because apple did an update to slow your phone down so your battery lasted longer. Guess they reversed it since the news was talking legal action.

Or just save you stuff on the cloud and you have it on the new phone
