When I first came to this storage the older gentleman was awesome unfortunately there's new management I called her July 1st to pay my bill over the phone she said that I was payed up tell July 30th well I called to pay agine July 30 she said I was late an charged me a late fee I had told her we spoke on first an that she said we where fine she completely denied it an said if I don't have a recording of her saying that that the fee still stands point is she's very rude an unprofessional we had a prior insadent about a mask an I fill as if she's doing this because of that be very careful with her she won't even give me the owners number to contact him or her as of right now zero stars

Had a unit for 3 months while moving from one house to the next. Went to grab the stuff and the entire unit smelled like rat pee and have droppings scattered throughout. Told there was nothin they would do. Would avoid this storage unit like the plague unless you feel like replacing all the stuff you store in it. Do yourself a favor and get a unit at Best Self storage in Oroville. Have another unit there and had Klondike issues for over 5 years
