If I could give it zero stars I would!! This past week I called and made a reservation. I had to call back three times as my reservation was showing the wrong date on my confirmation email. I had specifically asked about their cancellation policy, and the man on the phone told me “as long as you canceled before 3 PM.” I canceled that morning, as our plans had changed. I noticed the next week that they had charged me $180 on my credit card. I called to ask about the charges and they told me there is a 48 hour cancellation policy, although on my email it says 24 hours, and although the desk clerk told me 3pm the day of. She “unfortunately“ couldn’t do anything about being charged although I didn’t stay and although she told me they were booked out over the weekend (One would only assume they charged for my cancelled room twice! Charged me, and then charged whomever actually slept in it). She told me that it wasn’t even showing on her end where I cancelled the room. The woman whom I spoke with seemed more interested arguing with me, than trying to resolve the issue. Listen, I get it! I was a hotel desk clerk at one point in my life too and have worked in costumer service my entire life. I’ve never seen anyone handle a customer so poorly. Sincerely, a lost customer! Hope that $180 was worth it!

Stopped off tonight 4/30/2022 for the prime rib for $38.99. Never again. Medium rare is well done. No au jus. Mini cob of corn was ICE COLD, NOT HEATED!! Potatoes were barely hot enough to melt butter. Place has gone to hell

Went there for dinner and service was horrible. Took 30 min for the waitress to ask us for our drinks, didn’t check the time frame on how long it took her to ask us for our meal order but took forever. When we finally, which also took forever, got the food it was cold and had no flavor. When we asked for our bill after 20 min we got up and walked to the bar where the cash register was. Our waitress proceeded to take orders at the bar and ignoring our existence. She looked at us several times then another waitress said sorry for the wait someone will be with you soon. Again another 20min and not another word to us. I went out to start the vehicle due to cold weather while my wife continued to wait and when I got back inside she said no one had even acknowledged her being there. Finally our waitress looked at us again and I told her we need to get our bill or we are going to leave then she decided to get the bill and said sorry I’m doing the best I can. Leaving a customer waiting for about an hour to get the bill is completely unprofessional not to mention having to wait on our meal.

Rooms are nice and comfortable they have everything that you need downstairs snacks and whatnot there's a bar in the lobby that serves food as well and the food is pretty decent.

Yes Jay is correct. You can purchase a ticket for $5.00 at Teddy’s for the breakfast at Little Missouri.
