We chose Keystone Window because they were a locally owned family run business...plus their pricing was good ! Very professional , no high pressure selling and installation went very smoothly. We would highly recommend using Keystone Window if you need replacement windows.

Took months for my replacement products to come in and installed. My original install was march 2022. Multiple screens were defected, the patio door was the wrong size and could not open or close, and one full window arrived broken. The install people scheduled numerous times and canceled. After months of waiting, the items were finally situated in the summer 2022, well past the spring season to have the windows/doors open. Nothing was reliable and I’m very upset with my experience because they came highly recommended. I gave 2 stars, rather than 1, because i believe the issues really falls on the installers. But, i do feel like i should have been compensated for the stress, missed work, and inconvenience from keystone.

Extremely rude owner. Quoted me a price for the wrong item even though I specified via voice-mail and text what I wanted. Then has the nerve to give me attitude. A total jerk..

The process from beginning to end was impeccable and seamless. The quality of the windows is top notch and the price was reasonable. Most impressively was the installation process.
