We needed the plug on the hitch of our car replaced, CNY was able to get our car in the next day, even with the high demand for their service. They were friendly and professional. Their prices were very reasonable, so much so that I requested quotes for future services. I highly recommend CNY Towing, and I'm glad that I have found another company in my community that I can trust and rely on. Updated 7/5/22... I know that they are very busy, but to this date they have yet to contact myself or my cousin, about a tow service that they keep promising to help with, after multiple calls to them and their promise to get back to us. If they can't or don't want to do it, I wish that they would just say so. Disappointed and surprised.

Very unprofessional, took two days to get my appointment. Apparently they are not open on weekends eventhough the lady who answered said they open fir pickups on Saturdays and their website also says they are open. Eric was very nasty and kept rushing me off the phone. Someone at the office kept promising to call me back but never would. Just really unprofessional. Plus was that when I arrived the lady and Guy who was there was pretty nice.
