Had a wonderful and relaxing experience going down the Rifle River with my 15 mo old and a big group of friends/co-workers! I arrived later than everyone else and the staff was very quick and accommodating in getting me set up with a paddle boat and out to the launch area so that I could catch up to my group that were already floating down the river in tubes. There were a few big logs and groups of fallen trees that we had to maneuver around, but overall the river was calm and my 15mo old did surprisingly well in a paddle boat on a 4hr trip.

The campground was clean, family friendly but still fun! The service for a river trip was amazing. And as soon as we went on grounds everyone we saw was nice and it was just so relaxing. Can't wait to go there again.

We had a great time on our yearly tubing trip while visiting from Florida. Our driver John was awesome. He just great customer service. Can't wait till next year!!

The campsite was good size, but they charge a site fee and than $9 a person per night after the first 2 people. Plus they charge if someone comes to visit. When we arrived the campsite was covered in goose poop. The fire pit was basically a hole is the ground the metal ring was rotted away.

Nope just campsites
It's a real nice ride
Riverbend Campground is open every day from May 15th to October 15th. You do not have to camp here to go on the river. You are more than welcome to come here just for the river. Our river trips are 25% off Monday through Friday excluding holidays from Memorial day to Labor day. We drive you up stream and you float back to the campground for our most popular trip. We also offer a trip where you leave the campground and end at another property of ours down stream. We pick you up and bus you back here.
