Sharon, we bought a small dogwood from Wayside and planted it ourselves, and it did have a warranty. I would think if they plant it, it would be. I'd suggest you call Len at the store. Good luck.
Give them a call! I have bought several over the years and if I have a problem with them growing or dieing they are there to help fix it or replace it. I don't know if Country Max does that.
