Hi I stayed here a week and it was fantastic, the manger Sunshine went above and beyond for me to get all the paperwork work done for me to be able to stay there, I was coming from out of state... Thank you Sunshine. The rooms are like little studios. It was clean, affordable and very nice. The staff was awesome. I will definitely be staying here from now on every time I come to Indiana from now on I highly recommend it. Thank you Sunshine, I had a great time staying with you guys. Overall good for the price. Had a death in the family and had to leave early, manager was very nice about it. Besides the people outside, we will be staying here again.

The staff has been great from the front desk manager, housekeeping, and maintenance. I have been staying here for about three months. And have noticed that if they have someone who is not doing the right things they will be gone.

Don't waste your time and money! I broke the rules, I will admit. My family lost our home and this was the only place available in such a short period of time. I have 5 kids with me and we had a single bedroom and the limit is 3 for the room. Thursday they told me that I cannot that they couldn't renew my stay because of the kids which I can understand, but I told them that I am leaving on Monday, which was my check out day. I found a hotel closer to my kids school. They called the police and asked me to leave. Not only did they keep my money but they also charged my debit card an extra $250
