I was there recently. They are following state regulations.
Most 10 year 100,000 mile warranties on KIA cars cover all but wear and tear which is probably what they will tell you it is. I would call and check with them. I was less than pleased with the employees at this location. The manager still hasn't returned my call after at least 2 weeks. You may want to try another dealership.
