Wilkes-Barre store is the best helped me get contacts even though I was a bit if a problem case the eye doctor was very helpful we ordered contacts but a backorder with companies I then tore one of the testers they gave me a replacement no cost the girls there are so helpful and pleasant I will definitely send anyone I can to that store

Paid over $500 on glasses which is fine but was rushed through the process and no adjustment when picking them up, they are crooked and nose pieces are off. Do not live close to just run over so stuck with them.

The ladies here are very professional and kind. Especially BRI... Shout out to Carlee (hope I spelled her name right) and Matilda!! 🤘 Reasonably priced and good deals for those who have no eye coverage. And for those who are mad about the extra cost of some things, DUH thats most eyecare, of course you pay extra!! No adjustments needed on our frames either, thats a plus! Can't wait to see them again......

Should be called America's worst! Completely disorganized. Somehow my paperwork was misplaced. I was skipped over by 2 patients. When it was called to the techs attention she thought it was funny! Not funny when you are paying full price with no insurance plus wasting my time..

I sure hope so! I heard from the manager of the Whitehall store since we put in an order just 5 hours before the tornado hit. She said they'd ship the glasses to us since they hadn't rebuilt "yet." And the ads are still running on our local Comcast, corporate would have pulled those if they weren't planning on it.

They are open right now! Every day til 7pm except Saturdays they are there til 6 and closed Sundays.
Not at the store in Wilks Barre Blvd, a tornado put them out of business two weeks ago.
You can start off with 2 pair single vision plastic lens for 69.95
They do sell contacts. Rgp and soft contacts. They may even sell other types in which I am unaware.
