We are first time RV owners. Tony was our sales representative and made us feel very comfortable through the purchase. He did a great job. Great personality! We happen to luck out on the day we picked our RV. We had Aaron Johnston, the owner, do the walk through/demonstration with us. He also took care of the paperwork and road test. Took my RV in for service at the end of the season last year. Issues included minor stuff (winterization, adding a second battery). Big issue was that the refrigerator did not work on gas and whole I only used it once a year, it was important to me. Took it out early this season and only used electricity. Finally used the gas on my last trip and it did not work. Took it back to them a moment ago (writing this from their parking lot) and was informed that they would once again (reportedly) fix it for $160 (up $20 from last year's cost as part of my$694.02 bill) and that the warranty on the repair would be good for 90 days. First and foremost, 90 days, come on man....This unit will be in storage for 7 months and I will unlikely use that feature for 2-3 more months. Secondly, I have no way to verify that the unit fix was done last year and will not take their word again! I'm now off to find another dealer that is willing to stand behind their work. Sad also to know that Johnson now lost an upsell opportunity, as we will likely be trading up within the next two years.
