Most everything has been modernized and updated, but you can tell they’re short-staffed or simply not taking care of the new building. The bathrooms were dirty and out of soap and paper towels. The tables were all filthy. And there were flies inside. Edited to add: our order took over 20 minutes before it said it was “ready” on the monitor, and then when I went up to the front, they said it wasn’t ready just that it had been a really long time and it bumped it to the “ready” section.. and then it disappeared off the screen. Then they were scrambling because so many orders had been doing the same thing. The drive through didn’t seem to have this problem as cars were getting their orders just fine? It seems like they just don’t have the staff to keep up during the busiest parts of the day.

Food was good but I don't like the way they treat their employees. Not too many options for vegetarian or gluten free. Fries are not cooked separately from meat or flour.

They can be slow because they would rather talk among themselves than eait on the customer.

Aye, that is my understanding also... looks like that Spicy Jalapeño Popper Sandwich was just too hot to handle!
