Such a beautiful peaceful community! Close to various stores and restaurants, and close enough to go to Denver! We also loved how efficient and quick maintenance was to fix an issue we had. Excited to be living here!

Visited the actual unit 2x before deciding to sign the lease. The unit was good except for a musty smell and extreme scratches on the hardwood floors (shared this multiple times with the Leasing Agents). Went to sign the lease and move-in about 1 week later. Got the keys went in to do a walk-thru and note any issues. The apartment was infested with mature flies! I opened the closet and noticed one; I turned on my phone's flashlight and 5 more were moving along the floor and 2 were caught in a spider's web. We go to open the blinds in the living room, 7 were clustered inside at the top of the window. I shine my light on the floor again, they're all along the baseboard and flooring. The bedroom had MORE flies on the blinds and on the inside top of the window. I was going to vomit. Something must have died in there for there to be so many mature flies in the apartment. I've rented for DECADES and this is the first time I've EVER seen such unsanitary conditions. We ended up staying in a hotel. No way we were staying there. Even a cop recommened not staying in the unit. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. Definitely does not meet health requirements. The unit was not even cleaned. If a restaurant had so many mature flies all over the place, they'd be shut down for sure. With the market so high in rent, we expected more from this luxury community for the lease rate. This is unacceptable and grounds to call OSHA.

Have been staying here for 2 months now and it's been great. Very good location and close proximity to restaurants, stores, park, library etc. Kara, Adam & Ross at the leasing office have been super helpful. Had few issues to be fixed at the appt after moving in... called the office as service request via portal was taking time...Gabriel from the maintenance team got the issues sorted in one go... thanks!
