I tried to buy a jeep Monday evening. I live out of town. They wouldn't take electronic check over the phone or wire transfer but John promised he would hold it until I got there Wednesday. Tuesday their finance guy called and got my info and filled out sales form - everything set. Wednesday morning they sent a text reminding my of my VIP appointment at 5:30. Then they sold it to someone else. Hard to imagine what I did wrong other than believe the guy who promised to hold it. I give 2 stars because he was nice enough to call and let me know before I drove all the way there. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. Very hard to to trust them again.

If you plan on bringing your vehicle to this service department better have ALL DAY. They work by the HR and your time is of absolutely no concern. They could just simply care less. WILL NOT bring my vehicle back to this fiasco
