I spent $227 for a king suite room 337 on 7/15. The toilet was dirty. Showed a picture to the front desk as we were checking out and she said hmmm and kind of turned up her nose. It was like that when we checked in and because the hotel was busy, we didn't report it them. Wonder if the really cleaned the bathroom at all. We travel with sanitizer. You can tell it's the hotel by the floor.

For the 2 nights we stayed, I gave it a 4 star review due to not having a microwave in the room, no trash cans at all, no complementary breakfast, and every time we walked down to the lobby Starbucks was closed! Besides those 4 things our stay was GREAT! Room was smelling good, cleaning was 110% and quiet enough to get a good nights sleep and not one stench of cigarette smoke. Microwaves are a must for my family, we travel for games and we always pack microwaveable foods/snacks. Had some cranky kids when mac and cheese cups, pizza rolls, and breakfast sandwiches were not able to be made LOL!

This Marrott has potential to be a 5 star hotel if it was cleaner and had hot water. However, Kanye was very accommodating and professional. Mike (not Michael) became my buddy. Hannah (i think that's her name) the Starbucks Barista was a complete joy and very pleasant. Tammy was the best customer service front desk rep. If not for those mentioned, we probably would have found a different hotel. Kanye made our stay worth it. He's quiet but he is a very excellent and professional manager. Housekeeping was awesome as well! They made the stay well worth it!

This has been a great stay! The room is clean and comfortable, parking is easy, it is located in a nice, safe area, and Prentice at the front desk is AMAZING!!!!! From the moment I arrived until the last day of my 3 night stay he has worn a smile, greeted me every time we crossed paths, and helped me with room needs. I love customer service like this. He’s hitting out of the park. I’ll be back for my next business trip to the area for sure. Job well done.
