I was referred to this shop by a friend, for the purpose of refurbishing my AR3s. Unfortunately, they are booked until 2023, but they responded to my request immediately and offered another solution. Thanks all!

Great service and took my Victrola in for repair after making an appointment. Although the work will be done in a week, I will pick it up later.

What a great place. They fixed my wife's record player and shipped it back to Texas for me. She was beyond thrilled to have her antique record player that her mother gave her fixed and running again. Thanks so much for the amazing customer service and quality workmanship. I highly recommend using for your listening pleasure to repair your antique record players and radios.

Questions & Answers

I have new voice coils for my jbl 15 inch woofers how much would it cost to fix all 4 speakers?

Hello Dan, While we repair speakers in vintage radio equipment it would appear your speakers are a bit too new for us, however I can recommend SimplySpeakers.com and thespeakershop.com for your repair.

Is it possible to bring to you, the chassis only? As an ameteur refinisher, I can restore/repair the cabinets myself. If so, what would be the "turn-around-time" for this? I live approx. 150 miles due east of you in Kingston, NY.

Bryan, You can certainly bring us just the chassis and speaker for repair and restoration. We are open Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with no appointment needed. Currently we are booking into September of this year and the remaining slots are filling fast! Feel free to call us anytime.

Have a Solo epiphany surround sound system (4 speakers & Amp). Need a receiver. What would you recommend? Thanks, Laura

Hi Laura, Our specialty is vintage radio from the 1920's-1960's and it seems what you have is a little outside our wheel house. I would steer you towards a high end seller such as Audio Classics, they have wonderful McIntosh and many other brands that may be just what your looking for.

do you by old hand crank victrolas and radios?

Art, I am sorry but we are not currently purchasing any items. It seems as though our storehouses are already overflowing.

DO YOU CARRY TURNTABLE REPLACEMENTS NAMELY RCASHP-9 TURNTABLES?

JOHN george | Oct 11, 2019
For Your Listening Pleasure | Oct 10, 2021

John, The RCA SHP-9 is a great record player and you are wise to get that beauty up and running. We can certainly repair and restore your record player if you need service, but we do not currently have any for sale.

Is it very expensive to restore vintage radios? I have several but don't want to go broke repairing them.

Bryan Blas | Oct 11, 2019
For Your Listening Pleasure | Oct 10, 2021

Bryan, That is a tricky question to answer as every radio is different and can range greatly in sophistication and engineering. While more basic 4 tube radios are generally cheaper to restore than larger 15 tube consoles it would be better to have estimates done on a case by case basis. Unfortunately there is no magic one size fits all price to restore radios. Feel free to give us a call anytime to gather more information.

Hello. I live in Kingston, NY and I am a collector of vintage radios. I have several models of Atwater Kent, RCA Victor, Signature (farm radio), and others. I'd like to restore some of them, if possible. Can you help me?

Bryan Blas | Oct 11, 2019
For Your Listening Pleasure | Oct 10, 2021

Bryan, We can certainly help you with the restorations of your radios and welcome the opportunity to provide you with our high level of service. Currently we are booking into September of this year and the remaining slots are filling fast.
