We try to stay at Holiday Inn Expresses when roadtriping because you always know what you are going to get. I have to say that this location doesn't meet the standard that I've grown used to. The cleanliness could use improvement, they seem short staffed, and the the water quality in the pool wasn't great and the hot tub was closed down. On the other hand the location was great. It's close to the hwy and within walking distance of restaurants. It borders a really nice walking trail with a pond.

The bathroom was incredibly clean and had a few toiletries available for use. I thought that was a really nice touch!

Positive: Clean room. Good view and parking. Good beds. Breakfast included. Negative: Bathtub didn¿t drain properly. Ran out of many breakfast items while we were trying to dine. Our room was above the kitchen and we heard staff preparing food at 5:30 am.

We enjoyed our one-night stay here. Our room was clean and comfortable, the fitness center was well equipped, and the breakfast had a good selection of hot & cold foods. The coffee available in the lobby was, unfortunately, old and barely warm and most of the staff were not wearing masks, despite signs asking customers to wear them. Other than those two issues, everything was great.
