April 2021 Convenient overnight stop on the side of a busy (noisy) state highway. Park atmosphere - not so much. 12 spaces, full on a weekday with ~50/50 mix of short and long time guests. Wifi - decent coverage. Next to a golf course. Owner was most gracious, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Rates ($50/night) seemed steep, but apparently the area merits that somehow. Walmart ~ 1.5 miles away.

Our water pump froze while we were camping, the owner was able to source the parts we needed and arranged for us to pick them up even though she was closed for the week. She was great and very helpful throughout the whole thing.

I showed up after hours. Called the number and Jane was VERY friendly and informative for the steps I needed to take. Even though she was home for the evening, she didn't mind my call and helped me get everything taken care of! I will absolutely be staying there when I pass through Sterling from now on!

The park was full or I would've stayed there. Very nice and clean looking. I did ask in the office if she could help me with my propane 3-burner stove. I had driven a very rough road and it worked loose one of my 3 connections to the propane source in the stove top. I was worried I may be leaking gas because of this. She immediately came out and reconnected it (I had no clue how to do it myself), and she assured me it happens quite a bit after rough roads and not to worry. She refused any payment because it was a pretty quick fix and she said she's been doing repairs for years and this was no biggy. I left there not only relieved about the situation, but also knowing I WILL BE BACK when it's not a full park :-)
