If any store has publicly posted that they are not accepting donations, I would not drop off as it would be deemed illegal dumping. I would call the location first. Some locations close off access to their property after hours.

I take my stuff personally to Bidwell in Des Moines or if ever around Indianola the helping hands. They both give there stuff to people in need verses selling the donation.
