Great place to eat. Not too busy for lunch on a Saturday. Biscuits are always amazing. I had the Salmon New Orleans with bacon Mac n cheese.

Very disappointed with our experience with our local Red Lobster! We not only waited for our takeout order for over 35 minutes, it was cold and our order was wrong. Several staff members walked right past us in the lobby, saying nothing. Another staff member was laying in the booth, nap time I guess. For being one of the few seafood restaurants in this area, my suggestion would be to drive to Colorado. Come on Cheyenne, you need to do better!!

My grandsons steak was ordered well done. Came blood red. Waitress apologized and took it back to be properly cooked which I was totally fine with. She offered a free dessert but it wasn't necessary. It came back the same way. At that point I asked for the manager. Everyone was done eating by the time she came by. It wasn't busy. She said the best she could do is take off 10%. She wasn't too concerned about it.Her apology was the most insincere I've heard.

Our server was nice and attentive...the food sadly wasn't good. I know I may have high expectations with family from New England, but I've had Red Lobster in other places like Utah and either their quality has gone way down or this place in particular just isn't good. The fish was over breaded/over cooked (chewy rather then flaky), lobster bisque was way to salty, and even the salad wasn't very good (just iceberg lettuce with some chopped tomatoes). The shrimp was pretty good though. Oh well, guess I'll have to travel to the coast if I want seafood. I will say the cheddar biscuits are always good here though.

Top notch cleanliness. Felt comfortable. Unlike other places like Paninos a block a way where half the kitchens masks are not covering their faces and eating while cooking.
You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.

Typically, it is best to call the restaurant you would like to visit, as each restaurant will make a different decision based upon the manager, the franchise owner or corporate policy
