Worst experience getting my oil changed in the entire 30 years I’ve been driving. I think we can all agree an oil change and tire rotation should take no more than 90 minutes on a bad day, in most cases it should take less than an hour. I showed up at 8:05 AM and didn’t leave there until almost 11:30 AM, ridiculous that I was there over three hours for some basic services. The positives are that the guy running the place seemed decent, I think he was the manager as his picture was on the wall. There was an older lady working there as well that was a little bit rude, I won’t be going back.
