Pink Lips and a Smile

Unfortunately I was an online customer and will not be a returning customer. I ordered fabric to create a jacket for a groom and the color in the fabric was not the correct color. They also do not have the color of my customer's bridal party, not even the primary color. I emailed customer service so I can return the fabric for a refund and the only thing they offered is a gift certificate to their store. I would completely understand a restocking fee, which is what some fabric stores charge but I can't do anything with the fabric nor a gift certificate for fabric I can't use. Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star and that's because they were so quick to respond to my email.
