I'm giving this spot 5 stars because it is in the process of building up to more and more vendors by the month. If you sell, the rates are reasonable. If you buy, they may not have things that interest you fully just yet, but they're coming. The vendor, Frank, is located under the canopy outside. He has some cool stuff. He's also a very sweet guy and from every indication, a Veteran. He's just a gem! So polite! Inside, one vendor has a good supply of phone related items for sale. One vendor has a decent amount of hardware for sale. In the middle is glassware and dishes. On the other side is: local honey and homemade jams. Clothing. Odds and ends. Homemade candles, too. ...and my favorite guy. This week he had jalapeno peppers - a ton for only $3. A big bag of them! And watermelons bigger than twice the size of my head. You'll love him - and he loves to make a deal. He's all smiles and Southern charm. I REALLY want to say his name is Fred, but don't quote me. Doesn't matter, if you're within his vicinity, he will be the first to greet you, tell you about some deal - and leave you be. You know what I'm talking about though - you know when you meet someone and they're just all kinds of good old fashion solid character. It's new. Fair warning. The traffic isn't huge, but I suspect it will be eventually. Like I mentioned, new vendors all the time. The main building is filling up. Plenty of parking!

Great new market that just added a bunch of tents and is growing. Clean grounds, friendly staff --I am looking forward to seeing this market grow

Don't waste your time. Pathetic. Junk from China, bought online, hoping to snag some unknowing bargain hunter. Seems to be the trend at a lot of low end flea markets. Some of the vendors seem really shady. Wouldn't buy anything from them.
