I am a trained Guitarist with 22 years in study and practice. My wires were loose and knobs were no longer accurate. Channel switch was disconnecting pickups. Jack plug wasn't also fully connecting my cable. Allen forwarded my Guitars for full inspections. Allen had found issues I wasn't aware of. The Guitars were finished absolutely beautiful. Necks are reconditioned, knobs are so soft yet very precise. My Floyd-Rose is very well-balanced, I havent had the 50/50 down and up in a while. I played a few Gary Moore's on the Red Guitar and Joe Satriani on the Blue Guitar. The strength came back, and I thoroughly enjoy the accuracy of the tune. For any general maintenance, or minor/major repairs, I highly recommend the Wilken's. Allen will consult with you to make sure you get all the work necessary work done. You won't be rushed out the door, or charged with overly priced bills. Before you buy a new Guitar, have Allen to examine your Guitar first.
