Have been going to Proximal for a couple of years now. Really like how nice everything is, and how it is usually very quiet and easy to get on the equipment that I want. The one thing with some of the treadmills at the Divide Ave location, is sometimes when I am running, the treadmill will randomly stop without warning and then cycle through a restart which takes > 5 minutes. This throws off my run and I prefer not to switch machines. Just something that has happened in the past a few times and has been annoying. Dont think its happened before on a downtown treadmill, but I frequent the Divide location much more often then downtown. Otherwise I love coming to "prox"!

I couldn't be happier with Dusty, he is very knowledgeable and really zeros in on the best workout for you. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Purchased a piece of equipment from Proximal, a treadmill, and I have zero regrets. I’ve been to many gyms in Bismarck Mandan, but this treadmill is so freaking cool and it’s so quiet and it works extremely well. If you’re looking to add equipment in your house, I highly recommend going through Proximal 50!!!

Hi Kathleen. Our apologies that you did not have a positive visit yesterday - we never want a trip to Proximal50 to be a waste of time! I just talked to our team that was on duty Downtown yesterday and they were able to get the elliptical up and running after a quick power restart of the system. We also have someone coming out today from Midco to fix the TV that's not working well on the other elliptical. We weren't aware that either machine was having issues until you notified our front desk staff. Thank you for letting us know and again we are sorry! I'll give you a quick call so you know the issue is resolved as well. - Katie
