I will never buy an appliance or any product from the Bismarck Lowe's again. Purchased a Samsung Bespoke fridge and it came with a rebate to order up to 4 different panels free to create your own style. Was charged for 2 and told to come back when I get the rebate code and fridge and they would refund the $250, the ASM and customer service both signed off on my rebate form. Returned 4 weeks later when I received the rebate code and had to fight with different staff to get refund. They finally agreed to refund on my Lowe's card. A day later, fridge was delivered without panels, called and they found the panels in store and will have delivered next day. Received a call from a very rude lady telling me that she was charging me for the panels and the rebate was buy one, get one. NO it states, buy a fridge and get up to 4 panels free. I asked her, if I bought it with stainless steel panels then it would have been free and she says yes. I told her to get me the stainless steel and keep the orange ones and she hung up. Now I have a fridge with no covers. They won't answer when I call because they know my number, so I called Customer Care and explained the situation. Customer Care contacted Bismarck and supposedly a supervisor is checking and will call me back. I have never been treated so poorly from any business, as Lowe's is treating me. Customer Service means nothing to them. Will be returning the fridge and purchasing same one from a different store. UPDATE: Worst customer service ever. Eric, the assistant store manager, would not help solve this issue, even though it was their fault in the first place. He thought I would be stupid enough to order a different fridge for $1000 more than originally paid. He told me that they sell the Bespoke fridge with no panels at all or they charge you more to have a normal looking fridge. His fix to the problem is order panels online if you want. MY FIX TO LOWES - NEVER SPEND A DIME with that business again!!!

Yes they will deliver free up to so many miles and then after like 50 miles there is a small fee

There are parking spaces marked in front of the parking area for curbside pickup. Once parked you can either call the phone number on the sign or sign into the Lowe's app and check in.

We had a damaged oven delivered, when it was in place you couldn’t see the damage, but we still called in. Long story short we got 40% off for our trouble and didn’t lose our oven.
For the last 10 years Wednesday is when delivery happens along and South of 94 and West of the Missouri River.
