Worst customer service. Everything is automated and they make it impossible to speak to a representative. Some how they added my neighbors bill to my account and now it's accruing late fees. Can't get anyone on the phone to get this resolved.

Turns off power for extended periods of time and gets around to it when ever they get around to it. 3 days ago was off for 26 hours. Yesterday was off for 9 hours.
