I waited 30 mins for two grandes only to check on the order and ticket was never printed. I asked if they could make the order and she said after the 30 mobile orders are Completed that came in after min3. Never in my life have I had such poor customer service at a barista shop. I own a small coffee shop back home and I would never allow my baristas to ignore a mistake that we made and shrug it off line it was no big deal.

I've been a Starbucks member and loyal customer for over 10 years, and my experience at this location was by far the worst I've ever had. It was the first and only time I have ever walked out of a Starbucks without the drink that I paid for. I understand that many companies (Starbucks included) are short-staffed these days, and I'm okay with the slightly longer wait times that can often accompany that issue. However, I'm not okay with poor customer service as well. When we walked in, there was no one in line to order, so I walked right up to the counter. I stood there for several minutes as various employees walked back and forth, and no one so much as acknowledged me to even say, "we'll be right with you." Once I finally ordered, we waited close to 15 minutes for the first of our 2 drinks. The drink was made incorrectly, but was an easy fix, and the barista fixed it before I even took it off the counter. Another 5 or so minutes goes by waiting for the second drink, this one was completely incorrect and needed to be re-made which I brought to the barista's attention. She acknowledged me and apologized, so I stepped back to wait on her to remake it. However, she continued to make everyone else's drinks as I stood there waiting for mine, and never re-made my drink for me. I finally had to leave and ended up walking out without my beverage, and the incorrect one still sitting on the counter.

I bought a coffee at a different Starbucks about 45 minutes north of this location. I was given the wrong coffee, not the end of the world, I saw it as my fault too for not reading the name on it. Anyways, I stopped here and jokingly told Kam what happened, he took it on himself to quickly make me a new coffee, and when I went to pay him he said not to worry, just come back to their store. Well done, as I'll always stop here when I'm going through.

First Starbucks that supports the military!!!!! So unheard of now. Store was clean and orderly. Unfortunately, while wearing masks they don’t even look at you while talking to you and placing the order. They don’t acknowledge you when you enter. I think the employees need to brush up on their manners a bit. It turned me off standing their I just walked out without my coffee. It’s not about the money it’s the PRINCIPLE.

Like everything else, I guess they are short of help, or it could be managing stores hours and saving money 💰, a company move for business.
Yes you can pickup inside but restrooms and sitting areas are closed
