We know that we will enjoy our stay every time, except that this time we were not happy with our room. It looked and felt dirty as if everything was so old ( the rug and the furniture ) that it could never be clean. Cob webs in the ceiling corners and dead bugs on the window ledge. But those freshly baked cinnamon rolls made me forget about everything else!

This was our third hotel on our driving three week vacation. We stayed only one night, but the stay was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The coffee maker and microwave were appreciated after a long day of driving. Staff were pleasant.

Very nice room and spacious enough for the king bed. The room had been well kept and the facility is very nice. Breakfast is always a nice touch and certainly is convenient. The location off the interstate and relatively to our golf was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and happy.

Room 129 was clean and spacious. We had requested a ground floor but on arrival were told no ground floor. Clerk Stacy quickly fixed the problem and we got our room. Room needed hand soap but all else was great. The morning breakfast was awesome and plentiful. We will be back. Thanks Holiday Inn Prattville.
