Pete is rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. He doesn't know how to deescalate situations and makes them worse by making sarcastic comments. This is day 2 of me having to speak to him and this time after I tried calling back to ask for the owner of the building he avoided my call (caller id). I know this because when I tried to call this time using a cell phone app ge answered right away. I will be filing a formal complaint because this is unacceptable

My mom try to get in touch with someone at this business and there was no answer so we drove down there on Tuesday nov 23 to talk to someone at 2p or 3p and the door was open but no one in the building. Waited for almost 15 minutes and still no one came to the door. Maybe the last worker forgot to lock the door.

Poor company inconsistent on times by 60-70 minutes if your 1 minute late to getting your child they just take off and not come back for 20- 80 minutes
