This is a great, quiet and peaceful place to live. Spring Valley Elementary is a safe and short walk for our children. Our high school teens have accessibility to their bus at the end of the block as well. Unfortunately, we live too close to our middle school so, we do have to drive them there but we can usually help each other out and take turns carpooling. Management is helpful and work orders for maintenance needs are scheduled according to priority but completed in a timely manner. All in all, the convenience of the local Neighborhood Wal-Mart is within a mile with easy access to IH-70, 77 and gas stations. A vehicle is a must but other than that, speaking for myself, my family and I can't complain about our community.

Disregard the negative postings! This is a great place to live just on the outskirts of JC, with a Walmart neighborhood market right around the corner. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Yes, this is a tax credit apartment so not everyone qualifies, but if you do it is the best option by far in JC

I've been here since mid-January and have to say it's been a great experience thus far. Maintenance is always on point and quick to respond to work orders. Office staff is professional (Jacqui and Jen). Apartment is very spacious and utilities are very efficient and affordable.
