We no longer handle Plastics at our facility but both Polk and Dallas County do at the county managed facilities

Minor amounts yes, but you need to break as much off as possible. Depending on how many sometimes we can work with people (such as take it but not pay for it), but we can not buy a bunch of concrete.

Today #1 clean copper is $1.90 a pound it was $2.00 yesterday and according to the stock market liable to drop each day. We do offer a premium for large quantities.
