As always, they never seem to disappoint me. I go to the different locations in Ocala and I love all the locations the same. I like that they are open later than most places that close at 6pm and I appreciate that they aren't like aggravating car salesmen who try to sell you everything. They educate and allow me the opportunity to ask questions and most of all they never disappoint. Go get your oil change here if you want them to be thorough, quick, and respectful. Craig, Tassey, Ryan are gentlemen and I highly recommend asking for one of then when you go.

Richard greeted us with a very friendly demeanor and offered us cold water upon arrival. Dwight was extremely polite as well. Trapp took care of us and Wouldn’t accept our tip. We will not go anywhere else for car issues or maintenance. These guys are professional, thorough, and go above and beyond

The staff at Top 5 were very kind and professional! The service is top notch and I must say this is my second time. I’m very please with the service. They changed my oil, put air in my tires, tipped my fluids, and even had fruit snacks for my little while we waited only about ten minutes, not even!
