Better than most camgrpunds by a lot, but not the best within 2 hours if you want to travel northwest. Everything you could want, close to golf, bars, restaurants, shopping, major highways, even an airport. If you want to camp anywhere close to this area, this is the best choice, and one you likely can't go wrong with.

This campground is on the Grand River, in a secluded area east of a small airport. The other guests have been very quiet, which makes for a nice relaxing day. The pool and shower/restroom building are kept exceptionally clean by the staff. My overall experience here has been very positive, so I will certainly be back when I'm in the area!

Friendly and welcoming staff at check in. Extremely clean bath facilities. Nice showers with good pressure and hot water. Big pool that was very clean, and overlooking the river. No shade at all though. There are two tables that could accommodate patio umbrellas if you thought to bring one. Smal-ish playground but the kids loved it and never got bored with it. River sites are very spacious. Nice picnic table. Overall very quiet at night. Traffic was enforced to keep things slow and safe. We had a great time and will be back! The only thing I didn't enjoy was people checking in late, at 11 pm and later slamming doors and shining lights into the camper. The only way around that would be not to allows late check ins but it wasn't a huge deal.

Stayed here for the winter and had a good experience. Being on the river is peaceful, opportunity to fish exists. There is an airport on the property and it was really neat to see planes come in and out. Multiple paved walking / biking trails nearby within easy driving distance along with parks with playgrounds and splash pad for children. Park host Norm was very friendly and we loved his dog. The payment process for us as winter guests was all online and it was very easy to use and I appreciated the visual breakdown. Sabrina the main point of contact for our reservation was thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for being open in the winter time and providing a pleasant and safe living place for us.

Lots of over the air channels. We had all 4 major networks plus some others
Hi, we do allow vintage campers in restored or good condition. They have to have good paint, decals, awnings not rust dents or corrosion.
It is open year round.

Hi Mike, We do not have any tent sites for 2020. We are still working on expanding and will be including a tent area in the future. Greg Boynton Steamboat Park Campground
Hello Ana! Speak English?
We paid 45 a night a few weeks ago, that was right on the water. All sites are full hookup. Not sure if rates went up after memorial day. Best to call and check a head of time.
