The clerks are oh so rude
Longs P
the clerks are all rated 5 start, they were always helpful. I am here to warn against the family court judges and attorneys. Can't even complain about the judges or attorneys anywhere. Customers need to know who gives horrible service, who ruins children's lives. I was abused and disrespected by this court system. My children wept for years because the judge bought the lies of a malignant narcissist and same kind of atty. Family court knows zero about psychology...nor do they care. I forgive and pray for you predators who destroyed me and my children's lives, letting them live with and get abused by their charming to the outside world abuser. Maybe the dark triad personalities all help each other. EVIL. I do pray you find Jesus before you die...

Call the sheriffs office and they could let you know
Speak to court clerk
Yes just go to the office the girls are great
depending on the county you are in and the defendant is in, you can go to the county courts clerks office ask for a TRO application and fill it out and start the process there.. or simply call the police ad ask them to start the TRO they will give you more details
I was not able to find the forms I needed online. However, when I went to the office in person, the clerks were quick to get me the needed forms.
no you would need to have them served with a summons either through the sheriff office, third party, or a process server
You have to wait until they are sentenced and tgen they should just mail it to you. If they don't then go to the county or district clerk, which ever court he had county or district, and ask for your money. Make sure and take an ID.
No, they are closed today.
Last time I tried to reschedule a court date they informed me it had to be done in person thru a motion. But I sure hope they understand your situation.
Her p.o. is a good place to start
You would need to go to court 1st. You can ask the DA on your court date or you can file a Motion and ask the judge.
Go to the 8th judicial district home page. Then contact the Court Resource Center Information with your questions.
That's how they work. The people they hire for judges are worthless!
Just call the clerk of courts and i believe they can take the payment over the phone
You look them up on the inmate locator and if there not there then they are most likely already bonded out
Max pain, oh all the blood!
I'm pretty sure that you can't get it, it would have to be the person's involved in the divorce
