They have specific trails for snowshoeing. If you don't have equipment check out Suttons Bay Bikes for rentals. They are only a couple of miles from the vineyard. If you have questions about the trail the staff at 45 should have maps for you. Enjoy!
If it’s a weekend it doesn’t hurt to have reservations, especially for larger groups. Even without a reservation you’ll like find room at the bar or around the property.
