nurse was unprofessional, made rude comments about my weight. This office also lacks to answer the phone most of the time and has not return any of my calls. I drove up there today to find them open and when I mention I've called many times for 4 days and no one has returned my call after many messages, the lady at the counter shrug me off as she didn't care. I will be looking for a new primary care doctor.

I thought they were good until the medical thing was a problem and didn't want to take care of it.so they couldn't see me any more but the nurses and dr thomas were fantastic.

I can't make an appointment because they won't answer the phone. I've spoken to another mom of a newborn who I met at the hospital when I had my baby and they have told her that her they couldn't see her for an appointment for 2 weeks. We are instructed to see the pediatrician within 3 days of leaving the hospital. It seems like the may need to keep appointments open for newborns who have just left the hospital specifically. If they would answer the phone I would be able to suggest that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been jumping through the hoops to get an MRI on my left wrist to diagnose carpal tunnel. And they approved it for the right wrist which I hardly have any problems with at all. Which the office and Dr have known from day one. And now I can’t get a hold of anyone in that office!! I’ve called and left messages for a week and no return call or anything. All they have to do is put in a request to change it to the other hand. Healthcare in CA is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen in my life. Animals get better care then a human being in this state.
