Randazzo did not help at all brand new furnace stoped working was told going to take 3 days for someone to come out. Once a person came out he fixed the problem. My issue is I got a new furnace at $4800 and was told I have to wait 3 days to get it fixed when I have 2 kids ages 5 and 9 and it was 49 degrees in the house.

They installed Lennox furnace and central air. I highly recommend Randazzo. City inspectors came out and said that they did an awesome job. I don't know about any specials right now but again, I strongly recommend Randazzo.
Hey Wayne, unfortunately, that is something we would not be able to do. The reason is that we wouldn't want to risk the operating performance of the air conditioner. These systems are made to be installed once. Most manufacturers also highly discourage reinstalling a furnace, or air conditioner that has been previously installed and in most cases will void a warranty, too. The cost of the repair would likely be dependent on the type of unit you have, the parts needed and the amount of time it took them to do the job. I'd advise calling them on this one. They are truly great to work with. They installed our new furnace and central air unit last Fall.

I saw that commercial on the Channel 4 news back in the summer. The the commercial I saw this week was for interest free financing for a couple of years and over $3k in rebates. I'd call them to see what specials they have running.

They give free estimates. As a matter of fact, our salesman was kind enough to come out to our house twice. We just had a new furnace and central air installed. We live in a field stone house and have never had ac. I don't know how, but they cut through the rocks and did a very clean install. We have been 110% satisfied with every interaction we've had with Randazzo's and will gladly recommend them to family and friends.
