Don’t Move here unless you want cockroaches in your trailer!!! Just moved in and this is what you get for paying a huge amount for rent in a dumpy park where they don’t enforce anything! They will have you move in to infested homes and don’t care! Then not answer the phones and try to hold your security deposit!!! I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone!!!! Save yourself the headache!! RUN FROM HERE!!

Yes, not sure if it's just State Section 8 or Section 236. Which is the trailer parks own income based rent. Now I do believe that Section 8 can't be your only source of rental income in order to either Rent or Buy. I have family and friends who live in Rawsonville Wood's so I'm kinda familiar with the community.
Yes they do... Every trailer comes fully loaded To the young lady listed below my reply.... That's because you were renting with option to purchase.

Been here about a year-and-a-half haven't heard of any major issues. Pretty quiet here and the residents and staff have been very helpful and nice.
