Very unsanitary apartments and very unprofessional. They also do not have dumbsters so they make it mandatory to keep all garbage collected inside of garages which causes flies and maggot build up. Their very very strict for no reason. Maintenance team is great and they respond fast to any issues. The office team always have attitudes and is very rude. I’ma very nice and easy person to talk to and they still manage to be rude or cause unnecessary drama. It’s potentially a great apartment considering the neighborhood it’s in but I highly recommend making changes and either hiring more people in the office or changing its workers to boost the morale.
