I dont know i have a friend that lives there, and i was interested in looking into one of these and looking at another location as well and after reading all of the reviews .. i really dont know if i want to move in one of the homes ... i dont like unprofessionalism and messiness.. i guess it only benefits you if you own your land and have it placed there ..

The trailers are "as is". If someone is wheel chair bound then this might not be ideal for you. You would have to see if the hallways/doorways are wide enough, a ramp, etc... My aunt lives there, handicap with a walker but has issues getting around and in n" out cuz of stairs.
