I’m here to ask about ACTUAL future plans for overflow parking. I wanted to go talk about this at the office yesterday. And I did. When I walked in there was a very nice lady with a smile on her face that walked up to me and I explained my problem. Before she could answer a very rude woman butted in with the wrong answer I already knew and an argument insued because I was so mistreated by the other woman’s attitude. I’ve been told I can’t park somewhere three times now but I haven’t been given a solution and winter is here. I was told to park 1/4 mile from my vehicle at the mailboxes twice now. Luckily I have a very nice neighbor that has offered up her driveway but, this is getting out of hand. We street parked here for 20+ years until this company showed up and since they’ve gotten rid of street parking the average speed in the park has doubled. The only enforcement they have is a guy that made a Facebook page nicely telling people to slow down. I’ve almost been hit walking to my truck across the street at 5:30am and they expect my girlfriend to walk across the park to her car every day. This has become winded. I’m not here to start an altercation. I’m here to get answers that the rest of the park wants to know too.

We move in next month, and so far Rachel and Amanda have been amazing. They are definitely on top of making sure their residents have no issues! We are super excited to become part of the community! Came to visit my son and family can't even a place to park and then they want to tag a vehicle if you're out in the street come on people we need more parking over there

Belleville Manor is not a complex it's a trailer park ! I'm not sure if you can rent trailers but I do know that you can buy them$. The trailer park does look like a complex but it's not. It's just made to look that way for some reason. Maybe someday Belleville Manor trailer park could be converted to become a complex!!
It is the 1st drive on the left going south. After entering turn left again the club house is on your right.
It's 700.00 a month and you pay all utilities

Yes background check and last i knew it was 25$ and i heard they take section 8 here but idk for fact. New owners just bought it so talk to dawn at iffice but take w grain of salt. We need street lights and a maint guy on call and stricker rules. Not many follow the rules here.
