The toy sections a mess and they don't have an associate. It was rather upsetting as I was trying to find a specific product and the associate that was assisting the area didn't know what I was talking about which is fair. They are understaffed and it's unfair to their employees to make them take up 2 positions, especially when they know nothing about the added position. I was unable to find what I wanted and I am very disappointed. First and last time I'll ever use the Toys R Us inside a Macy's, at least in Noco. Clearly all the good Macy's aren't up here, but down in Denver which also makes sense. It doesn't seem many business carry a range of products up here, as if we were rural but I know for certain Foco is rivaling Boulder so it's a bit odd.

Growing up Macy's was a top end store. I don't know what's happened to the one in Fort Collins but it leaves me with a oohey feeling. There are vast areas empty which leaves the carpet uncovered in many areas. It looks like someone spilled every last thing known to man on that carpet! Seriously, I bet they haven't cleaned it in 15 years. Why would you want to spend money in a store that draws attention to it's dirtiness? When they 'redid' the mall you have to wonder why Macy's didn't see fit to spruce up their space! 1980's wants their carpet back. ;) I also went today to try and get two sweaters that were on sale the previous day (Sunday). Of course they'd gone off sale because it was Monday morning. I was looking for early xmas presents for my daughter and had her with me on Sunday so I was unable to purchase them in front of her. I get it but it was still a bummer.
