Two hour wait staff was not helpful half the restaurant empty but was told nothing is available employees were rude and not very friendly access to the restaurant is restricted unless you want to walk around to the other side of the building which is a big casino long walk for a woman with a cane and a broken back parking was atrocious couldn't find a spot unless we walked three blocks away

My wife and I were visiting an Airbnb from Illinois, we came here for our Christmas dinner. Service was great, and corrected my extremely overcooked prime rib and replaced it with a perfectly cooked med rare. My wife was satisfied with her steak as well. I would recommend to anyone stopping thru.

Our server was still training in the position so she was forgetful about our drinks. Took quite a while to get our initial drink order and the restaurant was not busy when we were seated. Quality of food has declined a little each time we have eaten there. So overall, to me, this visit only garners 3 stars as the missus and I have had much better service and much better food in the past whilst dining here. I understand they are also understaffed, but never once saw a management official in the restaurant helping out or just checking on tables to see if anything was needed.
