This store is populated by people who are too dumb to work in normal society. They go out of their way to be rude and unhelpful then act like the customer is wrong when there is any pushback. If I were “Barnes” I would be absolutely embarrassed to have my name associated with this den of ineptitude. There are other stores VERY close by that at least realize how businesses function. Shame on you
