Thought I'd already posted a review, but I'll say again, Patrick and the people at Abbingley are excellent. I needed to get a place two years ago near the Hospital where I'd gotten a job. I met with Patrick on-site at the Park and he was so friendly and personable. We got things taken care of quickly and I am very happy with the trailer. Abbingley has been with me through getting a new place setup, working through the pandemic, and everything else these last two years. The Park is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. I hope to be here for the long term. My little dog Arya loves it!

Not safe feeling and all trailers 20 plus years old. Road through trailer park so full of pot holes and dips that could break your car tie rod if u don't go 5 mph. Needs an over all face lift.

Patrick the new owner of this park is amazing. He will do anything he can to make viewing his park a great experience. If he doesn’t have anything for you at the time he will do his best to keep you informed on what’s newly available or what he has coming in new. I’ve personally dealt with quite a few and none has showed the true honesty and willingness to help in any way possible Patrick has, he has gone above and beyond to help me out and get me set up in my trailer. I look forward to continuing to do business with him and seeing him fulfill the full potential of the property.

Lot rent is $250 per month. All utilities are direct billed to each tenant. We have dumpsters, street lights, and take care of the mowing. Thanks

Hey! Yes we do. 1-2 indoor pets under 25 lbs. Our park is in the city limits so animals can't be chained up outside or no outdoor cages are allowed. It is against the law in the City limits of Winston-Salem. Pets have to live inside. No aggressive or large breeds. There are many families and children in the park. Thanks for your interest.

Heard Rent was going up for current tenants there but they are now allowed to move new trailer tenants in. Its under new management.
