The waterpark did not have enough tubes so my kids couldn't go on one of the slides. The fitness center was not opened even though it was advertised that it was. The restaurant was only open for take out. So the breakfast ended up being soggy. The positive part was the front desk people were very friendly and helpful

We knew going in that the waterpark was closed but was surprised to find that they didn't have a normal pool or anything outside of the water park. So no open water park, no pool. Breakfast was non-existent. I guess they just didn't have it that day. They had coffee but that's it. The room was understocked. 2 adults and 1 child and we ran out of toilet paper. Had to use Kleenex. There appeared to be one working elevator and that one was scary. Very jerky and far from smooth, not to mention you could feel it sway side to side when going up or down. Should have that checked honestly. The location was good. Easy access to gas stations and restaurants, which was a plus. The rates where also reasonable. It looks like it's getting some updates and a facelift, which I hope goes well. I'd be willing to stay again, down the road, just to see how it improves.

It’s a nice hotel but definitely needs to be updated. Drapes were torn but hidden. Water park was very nice and they have a concession which was super. Hopefully the new owner replaces the carpets, sofas and drapes.

I’ve been to this hotel many times just to use the water park but this time decided to stay the night. The room was immaculate, not a spot of dust or dirt to be found. Staff were super friendly and helpful ( can’t say the same for the children that work the water park area ) but the staff who clean and worked the hotel were amazing. The water park is fun for all ages but do not expect the youngsters that work it to help or give guidance in any way.
