disorganized at best. completely unhelpful, unprofessional, expensive. not a solution provided. i have now been waiting since JULY for a routine pap. they can't somehow make that dream a reality. not sure what they're in the business of, but it's definitely not healthcare. i received absolutely no healthcare from summit health. just bills for tests that were completely irrelevant. can't recommend this place to anybody and won't be going back.

This used to be a great healthcare group but in recent years, everyone is overbooked and all you get is a 90 minute wait and a 5-10 minute doctor visit. Administration is rude and scheduling an anual visit needs to be done 6+ months in advance. If you have an emergency, they'll see you in "several days" or you can wait a few hours in one of their urgent care centers, where you may or may not get a diagnosis. I stopped seeing doctors at Summit Health.

Opthamology dept!!! Don’t waste your time. I’ve waited hours multiple times even though after arriving 15 mins early. Thru don’t care. Dr Khalil is wonderful but the front desk is unwelcoming and could use some training. Soon will be looking elsewhere due to time wasted. I arrived today 15 mins early and was told don’t come early. The waiting area was empty and that’s nonsense. The woman at the desk just lounging around yapping away and ignoring me while I wait for the here conversation to end. Then she turns around and says in a weird tone “can I help you’”. Wow!!!!!

The Summit Med Group handles numerous offices and my complaint is specifically around those who answer phones in those offices, and the shear lack of regard for the patient in pain. There is no speed of course to take. No urgency is regarded as important with the patient. Made to feel as if we are of absolutely no consequence to the people answering those phones. It is a terrible place to call for any kind of help. If you're in pain and need a call from a nurse or the dr. there is no indication from the phone person as to when you'll hear back. Called on Fri at 10:30AM. No call back at all today. Called again at 3: Waited on long hold lines and then told everyone is gone home now. No indications at all as to when I'll hear back from the nurse or the dr other than possibly on Monday. Thanks a lot. Clearly the patient is not Summit Medical Group's highest priority.

When i need SMG fax numbers i just call my doctors office
So far that is not the plan. You can get it at your local pharmacy in the meantime.
You should be able to call the number for the lab on their website. They will schedule you for location nearest you.
They do. I believe you would go thru the endocrinology department.
I guess that's where an AI enable "screener" can reply to the person to call the actual person's office for appointment?? Gee
